At Wispro, we establish a long term harmonious relationship with our clients. Reasonable costs to clients are the top priority to clients, and it is our practice to lower clients' costs. Since keeping the high quality is our basic attitude, we emphasize that any extra efforts in securing our quality, any further double checks by members or any hours used in learning the detailed facts should be all at our own costs. We never charge hours for telephone consultations. We waive all hours in first time meetings. We remember lawyers have their social responsibilities and hold the highest standard of ethics.

Details of Facts

We always look into all cases with the caring heart and appropriately communicate in details. We believe that the more communications with our clients, the more workable solutions will come out for clients. Without fully understanding of facts and clients' concerns, no one can do a good legal work. We never guess what client concerns. We ask. Asking questions sometimes annoys people. We then spend time in explaining the reasons why we ask when necessary. But, we do not ask wrong questions. We ask right to the point. Many-year practices have made us to realize that asking questions is a skilled art. We are equipped with the skill sets.
